Link your profile to an agency
Use the agency code from your manager to connect your existing creator profile to their agency.
If you work with an agency, your manager can give you an agency code. Entering that code connects your existing CreatorsJet creator profile to the agency. You keep your creator account.
Do not use “Switch to Agency”
That option permanently turns your creator account into an agency account and cannot be undone. To join an agency as a creator, follow the steps below instead.
Before you start
- Ask your agency manager for their agency code.
- Sign in to the creator account you want to link.
Link your account
Open your account settings
In the left sidebar, select Settings, then select Account.
Enter the agency code
Under Link to an agency, paste the code your manager gave you.
Confirm
Select Link agency. Your profile is now connected to the agency, and you stay on your creator account.
If the code does not work
- Check that you copied the code exactly, with no extra spaces.
- Ask your agency manager to confirm that the code is current.
- If it still fails, contact CreatorsJet support with the agency name and the email address on your creator account.
